About the Internship
Looking for two final-year law students for a long-term internship for a firm based out of Sector-18, Noida.
Eligibility
Law students who have cleared CS Executive or any group of CS Professional Exams or have prior experience on corporate law may be preferred. The interns will be required to join on an immediate basis
Responsibilities
Work would be mostly on NCLT Litigation, General Corporate Advisory, Insolvency laws, Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets.
Stipend
The stipend shall be performance-based.
