About the Internship
He is looking for interns from the 4th and 5th year (5-year law course) and 3rd year (3-year law course) for July 2024 for his office in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The office timings will be 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday) & 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday).
Eligibility
Interns from the 4th and 5th year (5-year law course) and 3rd year (3-year law course)
Responsibilities
The scope of work during the internship will be:
- Research on legal propositions including discussions on the propositions.
- Assistance in drafting pleadings, applications, etc. to be filed before various courts.
- Assisting the legal team of the office in managing the cases listed daily before different courts.
- They practice majorly before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the NCLT & NCLAT, and the NCDRC.
Stipend
The internship is inclusive of a stipend which will be subject to the performance and attendance of the candidate.
