About the Opportunity
Central University of Kerala is organizing an International Interdisciplinary Seminar on “LAW AND JUSTICE IN A POLARISED WORLD: CHANGING FACETS” on 20th March, 2024with the memorable decoration of the release of a Festschrift volume contributed by scholars across the globe on a variety of topics on law and society.

Abstract & Paper Submission
Papers shall be submitted by minimum two co-authors each belonging to -preferably but not compulsory- different disciplines of study to ensure interdisciplinary approach to the topic. An abstract not exceeding 350 words shall be submitted in .doc or .docx format for consideration on or before 05th February, 2024 to [email protected]. Co-authorship up to 2 persons is permitted.
The abstract shall contain:
- Title of paper
- Brief idea of the paper
- Analysis indicating author’s perspective.
- Key words of the paper
The abstract shall indicate the name, designation, Institution details, e-mail address and Telephone numbers of all contributors. Each of the co-authors will have to register separately in the event of participation in the conference.
Selected abstracts will be intimated after blind peer review. Thereafter, the full papers shall be submitted on or before February, 20, 2024 to [email protected].
Guidelines for Submitting Full Paper
- The length of the paper shall be less than 3500 words (including footnotes)
- Format: MS Word, Font Type: Times New Roman, Font Size: 12 Point, Line Spacing: 1.5
- For title of the Paper 14 point capitals may be used
- The name and Designation of the author/authors shall be mentioned below the title of the paper
- ILI Format shall be used for citation
- Full papers shall undergo Blind peer review and Plagiarism check. Revision (if any) suggested by the reviewer of the paper shall be included. Revisions suggested are on the basis of blind peer review. Abstracts and full papers mailed to [email protected] will only be considered.
- The status of the acceptance of full papers shall be communicated after blind peer review and plagiarism check. Plagiarized papers shall be rejected.
Registration Fee
- For graduate and post graduate students: INR: 500/-
- For M Phil and PhD research scholars: Rs.750/-
- For Academicians, Teachers, and other professionals: Rs.1000/-.
Authors of the selected abstracts will be informed by 10th February 2024 and they shall then submit the full paper via email to [email protected] on or before 20h February 2024 and the authors of the papers selected after blind peer review will be informed by 28th February 2024. The authors of the selected papers then shall submit the full paper after the revisions suggested, if any on or before 06th March 2024 and are required to register for the seminar on or before 15th March 2024 on proper information about the final approval of the paper. The registration fee also includes fees for seminar material, lunch, and refreshments. The organizers will not provide accommodation to the participants.
