About Call for Abstract and Paper

Submission Guidelines

  1. Submission must include –

  3.  Abstract (Word Limit: 300-500 words)
  4. Full Paper (Word Limit: 4000-6000 words)
  5. The Abstract and the Full paper must be submitted in:
  6. The main text of the full paper and the abstract should be in Times New Roman with font size 12, heading font size 14 and line spacing of 1.5.
  7. The footnotes should be in Times New Roman, font size 10, with spacing of 1.0 (Endnotes are not permitted)
  8. One-inch margins should be maintained on all four sides of the pages.
  9. Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th edition.
  10. All submissions must be made in the English language only.
  11. The paper should be original and unpublished work of the author(s), and any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  12. Plagiarism criteria: The maximum permissible limit will be 10 per cent, excluding footnotes and bibliography
  13. The cover page shall consist of the following details: title of the paper, name of the author(s), official designation/institutional details, address, e-mail ID and contact details of the author(s).
  14. The author(s) must give a declaration of the originality of the work. The UGC Anti-Plagiarism guidelines shall be adhered to. The author(s) shall solely be responsible for the accuracy of statements, opinions and views presented in the paper.

Submission Deadlines

  • Abstract submission (soft copy) – 10th October, 2025
  • Intimation of acceptance of abstract- 13th O, 2025
  • Full paper submission (soft copy) – 31st October, 2025
  • Last Date of Payment- 31st October, 2025
  • Presentation of the paper- 22nd November, 2025

  • Academicians/ Advocates/Professionals: Rs 2000/-
  • International Participants: 50$

Both Author and Co-Author (if applicable) must pay the registration fee separately and can register only once through the registration link provided. Participants can deposit their registration fees by online mode; either UPI (like BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm, etc., by Scanning the Code) or by NEFT via or Online Banking to the University Account.
