About the Job
Hitachi Energy Technology Services Private Limited is hiring an Integrity Service Analyst to join its Legal Operations Team. The role involves supporting the Global Legal & Integrity Team by assisting with legal documentation, compliance matters, investigations, and integrity-related activities while working closely with legal and integrity officers across the globe.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum one year of experience in handling compliance and integrity matters.
- Experience with Compliance Desktop or other integrity and compliance tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365, particularly MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time-sensitive documents effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents and administrative tasks.
- Support integrity functions by reviewing documents and assisting with audits and investigations related to expenses and gifts.
- Support the Office of Special Investigations by coordinating and participating in integrity and compliance interviews.
- Take detailed interview notes and prepare accurate statements.
- Assist in preparing and delivering integrity and compliance training sessions.
- Maintain confidential investigation records and documentation.
- Liaise with legal and integrity officers globally to support investigation and compliance best practices.
