About the Organization

The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is a central civil service training institute under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India for the central civil servants of the Indian Corporate Law Service cadre. Handling and dealing with various subjects, matters and affairs in the arena and spectrum of corporate affairs regulation, governance and policy.

Duration

Contractual position for a period of 1 year only, if otherwise not extended or curtailed.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor of Law (LLB)/ Master of Business Management / Post-graduate degree in Social Sciences/LLM/another relevant field.

Desirable Qualifications

• 1 year or more of work experience with proven skills in research and writing/project management preferably in the area of regulatory affairs.
• Excellent command of research design, data collection and analysis, MS Office suite and other data analysis tools.
• Professional experience in writing and publishing technical reports, and documentation.
