Eligibility

Graduate with LLB Degree.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relations with the clients.
Knowledge of English and Kannada to read and write is a must.
Other Languages are a add on.
Ability to work independently and as well as a team.
Minimum one year’s experience in documentation work is preferable.

Responsibilities

Preparing/drafting of all forms of agreements, supplementary agreements, lease agreements/deeds, joint development agreements, sale deeds, rectification deeds, confirmation deeds, partition deeds, gift deeds, partnership deeds, and etc.
Giving legal opinion on property, preparing Legal Search Reports on the property.
Preparing documents for khata transfer, DC conversions and other documents.
Attending to clients.
