Important Skills Required

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail in drafting, research, and negotiations.
• Basic proficiency in the following MS office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Open to flexible work hours, as needed
• Ability to support the team by taking ownership of tasks
• Performs work efficiently and accurately

Key responsibilities but not limited to

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Assisting in Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions
• Drafting and researching on ongoing matter.
• Writing a legal opinion.
