About Mayank Sapra

Being based out of Delhi, I am primarily practising in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and various other Tribunals. My areas of practice include Arbitration Law, Service Law, Telecommunication and Broadcasting Laws,Company Law and Insolvency Law. I am empanelled with Counsel to Secure Justice and have been representing the victims in POCSO matters. I actively provide pro-bono services to the needy. I have been also been working on the Disabilities Law in India and advise various NGOs and individual clients about various facets of the Disabilities Law in India. Besides practising law, I also take keen interest in interacting with students by way of lectures, moot courts, seminars etc. on law as well as non-law subjects.

About opportunity with Mayank Sapra

This is a post for vacancy for a junior colleague in my chambers, having 0-1 year post qualification experience. The nature of the work is primarily Litigation.
