About the Job

Haleon is seeking applications for the position of D&T Head of Legal. The role involves leading the global legal technology strategy, driving digital transformation within the legal function, and acting as the senior interface between the Legal and Digital & Technology teams.

The selected candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team to deliver enterprise-wide legal technology transformation and operational innovation.

Eligibility

Candidates applying for the role should have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in legal technology within large global organisations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end legal processes
• Experience leading and influencing within matrixed organisations
• Experience working with senior stakeholders at an enterprise level
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong change management and transformation leadership capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and executing legal technology strategy and transformation programmes
• Experience delivering a digitally enabled legal front door
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) module
• Experience with technology-led innovation and transformation within legal or professional services functions
• Experience modernising legal operations through digital platforms, automation, and process optimisation

Responsibilities

• Defining and leading the enterprise Legal Digital & Technology strategy aligned with Haleon’s transformation agenda
• Acting as the senior Digital & Technology business partner to the General Counsel and Legal Leadership Team
• Leading end-to-end delivery of the Legal Digital Transformation programme
• Serving as Product Owner for legal digital platforms and managing related architecture and investment roadmaps
• Overseeing legal systems architecture, integration, data quality, controls, and compliance
• Ensuring legal technology resilience, risk management, and regulatory confidence
• Building and leading a high-performing global Legal D&T organisation
• Developing strategic roadmaps for Legal Digital & Technology transformation
• Managing long-term transformation while handling operational and legacy system challenges
• Leading organisational change across people, processes, and technology
