About the Job

NLB Services is hiring for the position of Deputy Manager, Operations Legal, Litigation for the Bangalore location.

Eligibility

Required Experience: 3 – 10 years

Responsibilities

• Drafting, filing and execution of Arbitration, other legal complaints, notices (including but not limited to Sec 138 of NI Act Sec 25 of Payment and settlement Act), applications, etc., initiating appropriate legal actions.
• Visit courts, tribunals, statutory, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, solicitors, delinquent customers along with the collection team for visits on critical cases, if need be.
• Liasioning with court authorities, law enforcement agencies, for various matters including repossession of financed assets, etc., attorneys, internal business teams, etc.
• Effective use of various legal tools
• Co-ordination with advocate and court officers at the time of executions of various legal tools.
• Warrants execution and filing of various police complaints as and when required.
• Handling case against company and closing them in company favor.
• upporting the Legal & Compliance in general.
