HIL (India) Limited formerly known as Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL), a Govt. of India Enterprise, under the Deptt. of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India, was incorporated in March, 1954 with the objective of supplying DDT for National Malaria Eradication Programme launched by the Government of India. Subsequently, the company diversified into agro pesticides to meet the requirements of agriculture sector and has grown manifold. 

About the Job

HIL (India) Limited invites applications for the following positions on “Regular Basis” as per details below:

Deputy Manager – (Legal) – (E-3)

Eligibility

Qualification – Professional degree in Law (3years) full time regular course after graduation or 05 years integrated course after 10+2 from recognized university. 

Experience – 

Essential : Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field with industry/ government/ solicitor firms/ advocate firms for handling the cases pertaining to matter of commercial, finance, service matters including disciplinary actions and other related matters etc with different authorities, parties and Hon’ble courts.

 Desirable: Candidate should be well versed in Labour law, Corporate Laws including arbitration procedures and handling legal function such as drafting of legal documents, advising on legal matters and coordination with advocates on legal issues, attending hearing etc. 

The candidate must have working knowledge of computers. 

Those working in PSU/Govt. should have 2 years experience in the next below scale i.e. Rs.20,600-3%-46,500 (prerevised) and above OR 4 years experience in the scale of pay of Rs.16,400-3%-40,500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in related field
