About the Job

HCLTech is seeking candidates for the position of Deals Lead/Legal Lead within the Business Finance & Compliance sub-function.

The role involves managing pricing grids and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. It supports business viability through the application of finance and legal processes for informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating pricing grids using advanced Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Ensuring accuracy and alignment of pricing grids with business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Applying knowledge of legal frameworks and finance standards.
• Analysing pricing structures and recommending adjustments to optimise business profitability.
• Reviewing contract terms and pricing agreements for compliance.
• Using legal documentation management systems.
• Collaborating with the finance team to address pricing and compliance queries.
• Providing guidance based on proficiency in finance and legal processes.
