It is with great pleasure and pride that they extend a cordial invitation to participate in the Dayanand Law National Moot Court Competition-2026, scheduled to be held on 13th & 14th February, 2026, at Dayanand College of Law, Latur-413512.

With a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and practical legal training, this prestigious national-level moot court competition is thoughtfully designed to enhance advocacy skills, legal research competence, and courtroom etiquette among budding legal professionals. The carefully drafted moot proposition presents contemporary and complex legal issues, offering participants a stimulating platform to demonstrate their analytical ability, persuasive argumentation, and command over law.

The Dayanand Law National Moot Court Competition-2025 witnessed enthusiastic participation from law colleges across India and was widely appreciated for its high academic standards, rigorous rounds, and intellectually vibrant atmosphere-making it a true celebration of legal scholarship and advocacy. Date & Venue of the Competition

The Dayanand Law National Moot Court Competition-2026 will be held on 13th & 14th February, 2026, offline at Dayanand College of Law, Latur413512, Maharashtra.

Eligibility

  • All the Colleges / Institutions / Schools in India imparting legal education are welcomed to send only one team of two members to participate in a competition.
  • A 5-year integrated B.A LL. B and LL. B (3 Years) program from the Institution/College/University recognized by the Bar Council of India or equally competent authority shall be eligible to participate in the competition.
  • Only one team from a particular Institution/College/University can register for participation
  • In case of any ambiguity, the Organizers reserve the right to decide
  • Students pursuing Diploma Courses or Certificate Courses are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the competition
  • The organising college may be a participating team in the competition. However, the host team shall not be considered for the Prizes even if they participate.

Last Date to Enrol

The deadline for registration is 31st January, 2026 (11:59 P.M. IST). – Extended from Jan 15

Registration of Team

Interested teams are required to register for the Competition by completing the Registration Form. Registration shall not be accepted through any means other than the below provided Registration Google Form.

The registration form provided in the ANNEXURE I should be completely filled and uploaded in the online Google Form for registration along with the fees receipt screenshot.
