About the Job
KavachOne is hiring for the position of Data Privacy professional with 0–1 year of experience. The role involves working on data protection frameworks, privacy compliance assessments, legal and regulatory research, privacy documentation and client privacy and compliance projects.
Responsibilities
- Work on GDPR, DPDP Act and other data protection frameworks.
- Assist with privacy compliance assessments and audits.
- Work on RoPA, DPIA, DPA, privacy policies and data mapping.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare privacy documentation.
- Support client privacy and compliance projects.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M., B.Tech/B.E., BCA/MCA, Cybersecurity, IT or related educational background.
- 0–1 year of experience, including freshers with relevant internships or projects.
- Knowledge of data privacy and data protection.
- Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
- Privacy or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage.
