The CUSB Journal of Law & Governance invites submissions for Volume 2, Issue 2.
The Journal invites original research papers, scholarly articles, case notes, legislative comments, policy reviews and book reviews addressing contemporary issues in law, governance, public policy and social justice.
Submissions may also be made on a rolling basis. Submissions received after the stated deadline may be considered for the next volume of the Journal.

Eligibility
The Call for Papers invites scholarly contributions in the Journal’s areas of coverage. The brochure does not specify any separate eligibility requirements based on academic qualifications, designation, or institutional affiliation.

The Journal welcomes submissions on contemporary issues in law and governance, including but not limited to the following theme areas:

Submission Categories
The Journal invites the following categories of submissions:
- Research Articles: 5,000–8,000 words
- Case Notes / Comments: 2,000–3,500 words
- Book Reviews: 1,000–2,000 words
The Call also mentions scholarly articles, legislative comments and policy reviews as acceptable submission categories.
Formatting Guidelines
Authors are required to follow the following formatting requirements:
- File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch
- Abstract: Maximum 250 words
- Keywords: 4–6 keywords
- Referencing style: Bluebook 21st Edition
- Citations: Footnotes only
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be original and should not be under review elsewhere.
The Journal follows a double-blind review process. Accordingly, authors should remove identifying information from the manuscript.
Authors are required to submit:
- Manuscript
- Declaration of Originality
- Author Bio of 100–150 words
- AI Originality Report
- Plagiarism Report
The plagiarism level should be 10% or below, as specified in the Call for Papers.
The Call also states that submissions must be free of AI-generated content.
