About the Certificate Course in Legal Tech & Digital Dispute Resolution

DY Patil School of Law, in collaboration with CADRE ODR and with GAMA as the Global ADR Thought Leadership Partner, is offering a Certificate Course in Legal Tech & Digital Dispute Resolution.

This 30-hour practitioner-led programme is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge of legal technology, online dispute resolution (ODR), and the future of digital justice systems.

The programme consists of:

• 10 live sessions
• Orientation programme
• Assessments
• Drafting labs
• Arbitration simulation
• On-campus hackathon

Classes will be conducted on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Eligibility

• Legal Professionals (General Counsels, In House, Policy, Law Firms, Early Career)
• Law Students (Students pursuing 3 year or 5 year LLB course or LLM students) 

Duration

30 hours total – 20 hours online (live + async) + 10 hours on-campus intensive (Navi Mumbai) which includes a “Build Week” for labs/hackathon.
