About the Job
SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of Counsel / Principal to lead our litigation team. It is a boutique law firm specialising in commercial disputes, ADRs, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services.

Eligibility
- 6–7 years of experience in active litigation.
- Proven record of independent appearances and arguments before courts.
- Strong expertise in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crimes.
- Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of cases and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the firm’s litigation team.
- Appear extensively before courts and tribunals, including trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and the Supreme Court of India.
- Independently argue matters and handle complex litigation across practice areas.
- Strategise, draft, and oversee pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
- Mentor and guide junior associates to build a strong, efficient practice.
