SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of Counsel / Principal to lead our litigation team. It is a boutique law firm specialising in commercial disputes, ADRs, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services.

Eligibility

6–7 years of experience in active litigation.
Proven record of independent appearances and arguments before courts.
Strong expertise in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar crimes.
Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to take ownership of cases and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the firm’s litigation team.
Appear extensively before courts and tribunals, including trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and the Supreme Court of India.
Independently argue matters and handle complex litigation across practice areas.
Strategise, draft, and oversee pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
Mentor and guide junior associates to build a strong, efficient practice.
