About the Job

Dentsu Global Services is seeking an experienced legal candidate (3-5 years) to join their Legal team. In this pivot role. you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, red lining and tracking MSA/NDA/SOW/Amendments and other legal documents. Your strong background and excellent communication skills will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency and integrity of our legal operations.

Eligibility

• Post Grad/Grad in LLB & Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience with corporate law background
• Hands on experience working on legal contracts like MSA/NDA/SOW and other related documents
• Learning/Growth Mindset
• Futuristic view
• Excellent communication skills is necessary
• Automation knowledge will help in upskilling and bringing efficiency
• AI awareness will be an added advantage for future scope

Responsibilities

• Awareness of legal framework and processes/SOPs
• Drafting, reviewing, red lining and tracking legal documents
• Help automate review parameters to reduce TAT
• Building healthy reputation with onsite stakeholders
• Contract management including summarization and reporting
• Negotiation skills
• Tickets resolution – this can include any ad hoc request like DocuSign
• Expertise in Corporate law from global perspective
