About the Job
EY is inviting applications for the position of Consultant – Indirect Tax at its Gurugram office.
The role involves working on GST advisory, compliance, litigation support, and handling indirect tax matters across diverse industries.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience (preferably in GST/Indirect Tax)
- CA / LL.B. qualification
- Strong understanding of GST and indirect tax laws
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Work on GST advisory, compliance, and litigation support
- Draft opinions, replies, and technical papers
- Handle indirect tax audits and represent clients in departmental matters
- Assist in Central and State incentive advisory
- Engage with clients across various industries
- Collaborate with teams on tax and regulatory matters
