About the Job
Clix Capital is hiring a Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves developing and managing compliance programmes, conducting audits, mitigating compliance risks, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards.
Eligibility
- CS, LL.B., or Certified Compliance Professional qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programmes and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments on compliance-related matters.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure organisational compliance.
- Prepare training materials on compliance and regulatory requirements for employees.
- Investigate reports of non-compliance or unethical conduct and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance records, audit reports, training materials, and corrective action plans.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report compliance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
