Chhattisgarh Civil Judge (Entry Level) Exam 2022: Exam Pattern
The Chhattisgarh Civil Judge (Entry Level) Exam is conducted in three stages namely Preliminary, Mains & Viva-voce. The details regarding these stages of the exam are as follows:

Preliminary Examination
- The Prelims Question Paper Examination shall consist of Objective type questions.
- There will be 100 questions for 100 marks (1mark Each) with no negative marking.
- Time Duration shall be 2 hours to attempt the paper.
- Candidates qualifying the Prelims Exams shall be eligible to appear for Mains Examination.
Mains Examination
- Mains Examination shall be conducted in descriptive answer writing format with 3 hours allotted for answer writing.
- The Mains Exam question paper shall be conducted for 100 marks (In Total).
- The question paper shall consist of:
- Framing of issues & Judgment Writing in Civil Cases – (40 Marks)
- Framing of charges & Judgment Writing in Criminal Cases- (40 Marks)
- Translation:
- English to Hindi (10 Marks)
- Hindi to English (10 Marks)
Viva-Voce
Those candidates who clear Mains Exams shall be called for Viva-voce which constitute 15 Marks in Total. The final merit will be prepared on the basis of the marks attained by the candidates in the main examination & viva-voce.
