The Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights (CSRIPR) is an academic and research centre established at National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, under the DPIIT–IPR Chair. The Centre functions as a dedicated platform for advanced study, research, and policy-oriented engagement in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and allied areas.

About the Journal

The CSRIPR Newsletter, is a scholarly publication of the Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights (CSRIPR), DPIIT–IPR Chair, NUSRL Ranchi. This edition aims to capture and critically engage with key developments in Intellectual Property Rights and allied legal domains.

The newsletter provides a platform for students, academicians, researchers, and professionals to present concise, original, and insightful perspectives on contemporary issues in patents, copyright, trademarks, design rights, geographical indications, FinTech, data protection, and innovation policy. About Call for Papers

Call for Articles for DPIIT–CSRIPR Newsletter, Volume 2 (November 2025–January 2026 Edition), published by the Centre for Study and Research in Intellectual Property Rights (CSRIPR), DPIIT-IPR Chair, NUSRL Ranchi. The newsletter invites short, original, and engaging articles on Intellectual Property Rights and allied legal domains.

Who is Eligibility

Open to students, academicians, researchers, and professionals interested in Intellectual Property Rights and related areas. Each contributor may submit only one article for this issue.

Theme

  • Patents & Trade Secrets
  • Copyright
  • Trademarks
  • Design Rights
  • Geographical Indications (GIs)
  • FinTech & Data Protection (DPDP)

Submission

  • Prepare an original article of 150–175 words strictly.
  • File format: .docx only
  • File name format: Name_Title (e.g., Krrish_PatentReformIndia)
  • Include one relevant, copyright-free or properly attributed image.
  • Submit the article through the Google Form provided in the link

Deadlines

Submission Deadline: 10th February, 2026

Articles must relate to developments/events within November 2025 – January 2026.
