Alliance School of Law is a private law school situated beside Anekal Main Road, Chandapura in Bengaluru in the Indian state of Karnataka. It offers B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and Bachelor of Business Administration or B.B.A., LL.B. courses and LL.M. The courses are approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi and affiliated to Alliance University. It also offers Ph.D. in Law. Alliance School of Law is one of the best legal institute in India and it was established in 2010.

About Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL)

The ‘Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL)’ bearing e-ISSN Number 2584-0363 is a flagship initiative from Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR), Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru. It is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal which provides open access to scholars, learners, practitioners, judges and practicing attorneys and academicians by facilitating the growth of collective interests in the intellectual property domain. It aims to publish quality research papers which have much literary and practical relevance and application.

The Journal Committee of Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR) hereby invites original and unpublished submissions in the form of articles/research papers on any contemporary arenas in the Intellectual Property domain for publication in the Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL) bearing e-ISSN Number 2584-0363, Volume 3, Issue 1. 

Submission Guidelines

• The word limit of the paper should be between 5000 to 8000 words. The manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract of about 250-300 words along with 5 keywords.
• The maximum co-authorship for a paper is limited to two.
• All the papers should be submitted with a cover page with the following information: Name, Institutional Affiliation, Correspondence Address, E-Mail ID and Phone Number.
• Submissions are required to strictly adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform Method of Citation, 20^th Edition.
• All manuscripts shall include an ‘Introduction’ and ‘Conclusion’.
• The Editorial Board reserves the right to make changes to these conditions and guidelines mentioned herein.
