It publishes incisive, readable pieces that connect legal doctrine with real-world policy outcomes and social contexts. The aim is to stimulate debate, spotlight under-discussed issues, and encourage contributions from a wide range of voices.

It invites submissions on constitutional law, public policy, gender, equality, human rights, judicial analysis, statutory interpretation, socio-legal research, legislative reform, and related intersections (including comparative and international perspectives). Suggested (not exhaustive) topics include:
- Constitutional interpretation and landmark judgments
- Fundamental rights, equality and affirmative action
- Gender, sexuality and law
- Public law responses to public health, environment, privacy and technology
