About the Blog

The Vidhi Mitra Blog of the Legal Aid Cell of Dharmashastra National Law University is aimed to provide an active forum for the legal fraternity to express and share their experiences and opinions on contemporary legal issues and themes as prescribed by the cell.

Theme

• Every woman has a right to live and survive pregnancy and childbirth. This year’s theme is “Remain at home amid coronavirus, protect mother and infant”.
• The Editorial Board of the Blog is inviting articles, cases, notes, blog posts, book reviews, and discussions within the aim and scope of the subject matter, i.e., “NATIONAL SAFE MOTHERHOOD DAY”, observed on April 11 or any contemporary legal issue(s) related.

Submission Guidelines

• Word Limit:
  • Articles: 2500-3500 words
  • Case Notes: 1000-2000 words
  • Book Review: 1500-2500 words
  • Blog: 1000-1500 words
• All submissions should be typed in font Times New Roman with heading size 14, font size 12, line spacing 1.5′; justified.
• Footnotes cited in the manuscript should be typed in font Times New Roman with font size 10, line spacing 1′; justified.
• Citations should be in the form of footnotes and endnotes. Text and Citations must adhere to Bluebook 20th Edition.
• The submissions should be made online in a MS Word format document to [email protected].
