About CTRCR Forum for Corporate & Commercial Laws

The Forum serves as a platform for students, academicians, and professionals to engage in discourse on pertinent issues within various domains of or relating to corporate law, ranging from antitrust law, arbitration law, company law, consumer protection, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, insolvency and banking, intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and tax law, etc. The editorial team comprises dedicated members of CTRCR who will review each submission under the supervision of the Centre’s leadership. The Forum has developed a rigorous editorial process, including a double-blind peer review to maintain the quality and integrity of our submissions.

About Call for Blogs

CTRCR Forum for Corporate & Commercial Laws (FCCL) is delighted to announce the call for blogs.

Submission Guidelines

• A maximum of two authors per submission is allowed.
• Simultaneous submission shall lead to a ban from publication on FCCL for a period of 6months.
• Manuscripts should be between 1500-2000 words (excluding citations).
• The body text must be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 with 1.5 line spacing.
• All citations must be hyperlinked.
• Each submission will undergo plagiarism checks and a double-blind peer review.
• Works will be published on a rolling basis.
• Expected timeline for the review of the Blog: 14 Days from the date of submission.
• Already published blogs and blogs sent for consideration to other places will result in blacklisting of the author(s)
