About The Conference

C-DEXT 2026 is an international conference organised by KLE Law College, Bengaluru (a constituent college of KLE Technological University, Hubballi), providing a global platform to examine the legal, regulatory, ethical, and governance challenges of digital, emerging, and exponential technologies, with a special focus on artificial intelligence and data-driven systems.

The conference brings together scholars, judges, policymakers, industry professionals, and researchers from India and abroad to foster comparative and interdisciplinary dialogue on technology regulation, emerging legal frameworks, regulatory innovations, and judicial responses, promoting rights-oriented and innovation-friendly technology governance.

KLE Law College Bengaluru, a constituent college of KLE Technological University, Hubballi, invites submissions for the C-DEXT Conference.

Eligibility

Students pursuing LL.B (5 Year/ 3 Year programme) in Colleges/Universities/Institutes in the current academic year, Research Scholars, Academicians, Professionals are eligible to participate in this competition.

Theme

Law, Algorithm, and Accountability: Governance of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Critical Sectors

The Theme addresses global challenges posed by rapidly evolving digital technologies, ethics, and international regulations.

  1. Governance of AI and Machine Learning in Healthcare and Medicine.
  2. Autonomous Mobility and Transport Systems using AI and ML.
  3. AI and ML Governance in Law Enforcement and Judicial Processes.
  4. Taxing, Banking, and Financial Due Processes with AI/ML.
