About the Job
Lex Favios is seeking a Banking Lawyer specializing in title searches, loan document drafting, and hypothecation agreements. This role perfectly suits experts in banking regulation, secured lending, and real estate collateral for banks & NBFCs in Delhi.
Eligibility
- LLB (essential).
- 2+ years PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Proven hands-on experience in title verification & drafting secured lending documents is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence on properties for mortgage creation, scrutinizing revenue records & encumbrance certificates.
- Draft & review loan agreements, deeds of hypothecation, mortgage/charge documents, guarantees, and security instruments.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs on compliance, risk assessment, and enforcement of securities.
