About the Job
Office of Ms. Nidhi Raman (Central Government Standing Counsel at Delhi High Court) is looking to hire an Attorney having 1-2 PQE in Intellectual Property Law. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in patent litigation.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to draft the pleadings/case briefs and to do legal research with high attention to detail in a fast paced environment, oversee the filing of documents and assist in court hearings.
