About the Job
Adv Moksh Jain is looking for a law associate to join the litigation team of his office located at Defence Colony. Area of practice- Litigation, Civil and Criminal; Dispute Resolution.
Legal Forums- Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, District Courts and Tribunals of Delhi.
Eligibility
- Qualifications and Skills Required: Candidates with prior experience will be preferred. (PQE – 1-3 years)
- The candidate should possess strong writing/ analytical skills and should be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be drafting and preparing documents/pleadings, formulating strategies and conducting legal research.
