About the Job
Stratage Law Partners is expanding its team and is inviting applications for Associates and Senior Associates in its Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practice.
Eligibility
- Associates: 2–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions
- Senior Associates: 4–5 years of PQE in corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions
- Experience in undertaking legal due diligence and identifying key risks from inception to closing
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
