About the Job
AgroStar is inviting applications for the position of Associate (CS + LL.B.) to join its Legal & Secretarial team.
Eligibility
- CS + LL.B. qualification
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Interest in corporate governance, secretarial compliances, and business law
Responsibilities
- Handling corporate secretarial compliances and governance processes
- Managing statutory filings
- Assisting in contract drafting and review
- Supporting corporate transactions
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across teams
