Eligibility

Candidates with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in Project & Infrastructure matters may apply.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, revising, finalizing, and negotiating:
  • Tender documents
  • Concession agreements
  • Bids
  • Joint bidding agreements
  • Consortium agreements
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
  • Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Risk matrices
• Work on contracts, project documentation, regulatory, and advisory matters related to Projects & Infrastructure

Skills Required

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience in Project & Infrastructure matters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Location

• Initially based in Mumbai for 6–9 months
• Subsequent relocation to the Delhi office

Additional Information

• Candidates should be willing to work from Mumbai during the initial assignment period before relocating to Delhi.
