About the Job
NinexLegal is Hiring – Associate & Legal Interns. They are expanding our team and inviting applications for the following positions.
Eligibility
Legal Associate (Full-Time)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in due diligence (Banks/NBFCs)
- Strong knowledge of title search reports, land records, and property verification
- Good understanding of corporate law and compliance
- Candidates based in the NCR region will be preferred
- Punjabi language skills are desirable
Legal Interns (Onsite)
- Law students in 3rd year and above (5-year course) or final year (3-year course)
- Interest in due diligence, title verification, and corporate law
- Willing to work from our Noida office
- Punjabi language skills are an added advantage
Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal due diligence and preparing title search reports related to real estate and corporate transactions. The role involves reviewing ownership documents, identifying legal risks, and supporting clients in transactional matters.
Interns will assist in legal research, documentation, and due diligence processes under the supervision of experienced professionals.
