Eligibility
- Must be located in Mumbai.
- Strong drafting and litigation experience
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, replies, and other legal documents
- Attending litigation matters before courts/authorities
- Handling opposition matters and related proceedings
- Conducting detailed legal research
