About the Job

My Legal Partners (MLP) is hiring a Associate Advocate (IPR) for its Delhi office. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in Intellectual Property Law and grow with the organization.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Candidates residing within 8–10 km proximity of the office

Responsibilities

• Conducting trademark searches and providing opinions
• Managing IP filings, renewals, and prosecution of trademark applications
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating client trademark portfolios
• Handling client queries on IP practices in India and drafting legal opinions
• Drafting Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders
• Attending show cause hearings at the Trademark Registry
