Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong background in:
  • Contract drafting
  • Negotiation
  • Reviewing and redlining
  • Risk assessment
  • Legal compliance
  • Legal research

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Conducting risk assessment and compliance checks
• Performing legal research related to contracts and regulatory matters
