About the Job

Associate at VSK Legal Associates in the Dispute Resolution team, suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Practice Area: Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Advisory

Eligibility

– LL.B. from a recognized university (preferable, NLUs/Symbiosis); LL.M. is a plus but not mandatory
– 0-2 years of relevant experience in dispute resolution
– Strong command over procedural laws including IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI Frameworks and relevant regulations
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to manage case files, timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

– Drafting pleadings, coordinating and managing cases and regulatory inquiries
– Attending court hearings, tribunals, and client briefings and communications
– Conducting legal research and preparing case notes/memorandums
– Assisting in pre-litigation strategy development and settlement discussions
