Eligibility

• PQE: 2-3 years
• An LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar enrolment in Karnataka.
• Fluency in spoken Canada is necessary.
• A strong understanding of cybercrime, technology laws, intellectual property rights, and data privacy.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest legal and technological developments.

Responsibilities

• Handle cybercrime cases and court appearances.
• Offer expert counsel on emerging technology issues, such as AI, blockchain, and digital currencies.
• Protect our clients’ intellectual property through patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Ensure our clients are compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Contribute to our firm’s content creation and online presence.
