About the Job

RS Law Chambers is looking to hire Associates in Delhi. The firm, on its part, will provide a professional yet flexible work environment and a platform for the candidate’s growth as a lawyer.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Bachelors in Law
• PQE: 0-2 Years
• The firm is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, who either have prior experience or a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation.
• Candidates having a specialization in Commercial Law, Arbitration Law, Constitutional Law, Insolvency Law, and Indirect and Direct Tax are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• The work requires adequate drafting skills and good legal research capabilities.
• The candidate will be given exposure to both litigation and corporate work and should have a passion for delivering high-quality legal work within set timelines.
• The work will include preparing briefs and case files, drafting pleadings as well as commercial documents, extensive legal research, and keen analytical skills.
• The candidate will be expected to be well versant with legal search engines, etc.

Salary

As per industry standards commensurate with experience and qualification.
