About the Job
The office of Sidharth Joshi, High Court of Delhi (Chamber) and Vishwas Nagar (Office) is seeking a litigation associate, preferably someone fresh out of law school or with 1-2 years of experience.
Working hours : 10 A.M. to 8 P.M.
The Candidate shall be selected basis his/her potential & perspective to join the firm as a full-time associate on immediate basis.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from an accredited institution
- Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
- Membership in a Bar Council and eligibility to practice law in India
Responsibilities
The practice is primarily in the District Courts and Delhi High Court, with a substantial focus on criminal, civil, matrimonial and arbitration matters.
