Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university
- Minimum 1 year PQE in litigation (freshers may also apply)
- Valid Sanad mandatory
- Mumbai domicile is mandatory
Skills Required
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Ability to manage complex legal tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Draft and vet notices, complaints, applications, replies, writ petitions, appeals, affidavits, and pleadings
- Assist in strategising civil and commercial litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Coordinate with clients and maintain documentation
- Handle court filings, e-filings, and compliance requirements
- Appear before High Court, Civil Courts, District Courts, Co-operative Courts, and Magistrate Courts
