Tavish Law Offices LLP is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at its Mumbai office.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university
• Minimum 1 year PQE in litigation (freshers may also apply)
• Valid Sanad mandatory
• Mumbai domicile is mandatory

Skills Required

• Strong legal drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Ability to manage complex legal tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Draft and vet notices, complaints, applications, replies, writ petitions, appeals, affidavits, and pleadings
• Assist in strategising civil and commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Coordinate with clients and maintain documentation
• Handle court filings, e-filings, and compliance requirements
• Appear before High Court, Civil Courts, District Courts, Co-operative Courts, and Magistrate Courts
