About the Job
Tata Technologies is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its Legal team in either Pune or Bengaluru. This is a full time role in hybrid.
Eligibility
- Review, negotiate, closure, drafting of customer contracts, license agreements, third party agreements etc.
- Managing and maintain repository of contracts on CLM.
- As a global role, provide support and advise to various stakeholders.
- Support Manager on the various initiatives driven by the legal function.
- Other legal tasks as assigned.
- LLB from a reputed law school.
- Mipnimum 5 years experience in handling contracts and commercial transactions preferably in IT/Engg Service company.
- Knowledge of CLM preferred.
- Strong team player with willingness and ability to work in international working environment.
- Good proficiency and fluency in English.
- Zeal in taking up projects and initiatives.
