Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is seeking applications for the position of Senior Associate – IP Litigation within its Intellectual Property Litigation practice.
The position requires experience in handling intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on proceedings before the Delhi High Court.
Eligibility
- 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Relevant experience in Intellectual Property Litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handling IP litigation matters.
- Drafting suits and applications.
- Reviewing litigation documents.
- Assisting Partners with litigation strategy.
- Briefing senior advocates.
- Arguing matters before courts, specifically the Delhi High Court.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of associates.
