About the Job
SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate to join our growing litigation and disputes practice. We are a boutique law firm specializing in commercial disputes, ADRs, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services.

Eligibility
- 4-5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling and managing matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals.
- Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes.
- Support senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation.
- Appear before courts and tribunals for effective advocacy and procedural hearings.
- Coordinate with clients, maintain case records, and ensure smooth progression of matters.
- Mentor junior team members as required and contribute to a collaborative practice environment.
