Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Writ and Arbitration Matters.
- Basic knowledge of criminal and tax matters.
- Proven experience appearing before the Kolkata High Court.
- Ability to independently manage cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant legal issues and effectively engaging with clients and counsel.
