Eligibility

• LL.B/LL.M enrolled with Delhi Bar Council
• 3-5 years of PQE in litigation and arbitration
• Excellent research, drafting and advocacy skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Keen interest and long-term focus on a career in litigation

Responsibilities

Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, petitions, and applications, assisting in case preparation, client handling, attending court hearings and arbitration proceedings,, and working closely with seniors on complex litigation strategies.
