About the Job
Project 39A, National Law University, Delhi is hiring 2 Associates for their Litigation team.
Eligibility
Work experience: Candidates with work experience of 2-3 years, especially criminal trial or appellate work, will be given preference. However, this is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
The work primarily involves representing prisoners under sentence of death in criminal appeals before the Supreme Court and various High Courts challenging both conviction and sentence.
