About the Job
They are currently looking to fill the position of Associate.
Eligibility
- Around 0-2 years of legal experience
- Must possess good research and writing skills, and legal aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriate.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, especially Word & Excel
Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Litigation Management
- Legal Compliance & Licensing
- Legal Drafting
- Appearances before various courts and tribunals
- Research work
Salary
Remuneration: – As per industry standards.
