About the Job
Praxis Legal is inviting applications for an Associate (4–5 years PQE) position in our Disputes – Commercial Litigation & Arbitration practice.
Practice Area: Disputes – Commercial Litigation & Arbitration
Eligibility
- Expertise in drafting and appearing before Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT and arbitral proceedings in civil commercial litigation, arbitration and other forums.
- Knowledge of the practice and procedure of the aforesaid Courts/forums.
- Ability to manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
- Candidates must have familiarity with construction/engineering disputes.
- Candidates should note that this is a full-time position that involves travel across India.
